Ocean or lake? 🌊
The ‘floating’ torii of Shirahige Shrine is actually located on Japan’s largest freshwater lake, Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture. Aside from exploring the shrine and enjoying the scenery there’s also cycling, swimming, SUP and camping in the area!
