Lake Shikaribetsu is the only natural lake in Daisetsuzan National Park, Hokkaido. It’s surrounded by lovely green forests, and a vast blue sky to match the beauty of its waters. Hopping on a canoe or kayak is the best way to really take in all the lovely nature on display here. Oh, and picturesque looking tracks under the water? Those are for protecting tour boats from freezing in winter!
