When it was built in 1978, Ikebukuro’s Sunshine 60 was the tallest building in Asia! When it was renovated in 2016, SKY CIRCUS Sunshine 60 Observatory was opened as an interactive entertainment space, offering a spectacular view of Tokyo from the 60th floor!
