For as long as I can remember "Mille-feuille" had always meant my beloved Napoleon pastry, but that all changed yesterday when I visited Kagura in Torrance, CA and tried their specialty, millefeuille kurobuta cheese tonkatsu... this is some of the best I've ever had!
