Goho Falls actually consists of five waterfalls. In this photo are Ichinotaki, Ninotaki, and Sannotaki that create a dramatic 80m (262ft) drop. The other two falls, Nitennotaki and Enmeinotaki, located further up are said to be the training site of #MiyamotoMusashi, the legendary swordsman who authored “The Book of Five Rings”.
In late November, the breathtaking crimson foliage over the arched bridge makes this spot so picturesque. Catch a taxi or bus from Meitetsu Akechi Station to take in its beauty.
