This is a walking tour of the Biwako lakeside in Otsu, Shiga prefecture – Japan in 4K/60. We start from the Biwako Concert Hall with a nice view of the lake. We will check out the lakeside and an old cultural museum that has been closed for a while. After that we’ll head past the front of the concert hall and make our way into town a bit.
