🇫🇷 Suite à la découverte de la grande barrière de corail, nous sommes redescendus en direction de Brisbane afin de travailler à nouveau. Sur notre route nous avons visités différentes chutes d’eau dont l’une des plus impressionnantes d’Australie: les chutes de Wallaman. Elles sont situées dans les tropiques classées au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, dans la région nord du Queensland. La cascade est remarquable pour sa chute principale de 268 mètres, ce qui en fait la cascade la plus haute du pays. La piscine au fond de la cascade a une profondeur de 20 mètres. 100 000 personnes visitent la cascade chaque année.
🇬🇧 After discovering the Great Barrier Reef, we headed down south to Brisbane to work again. On our way, we visited different waterfalls including on of the most impressive of Australia: The Wallaman Falls. It’s located in the northern region of Queensland. It’s part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The waterfall is notable for its main drop of 268 metres which makes it the country’s tallest waterfall. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is 20 metres deep. 100,000 people visit the waterfall annually.
