Tamaki (who speaks Japanese & some English) and Zoni (who is a beautician working in Harajuku) are both active participants in Harajuku’s recent decora rebirth. We see them often at the monthly Neo Decora events and around the streets. Zoni is instantly recognizable for her extreme take on eye makeup, seemingly partially inspired by retro gyaru makeup.
