The Setagaya Line is only 1 of 2 remaining street tramways in the metropolis of Tokyo. This virtual walk takes you on a 1 hour tour of the entire Setagaya Line starting at Shimo-Takaido Station and finishing at Sangenjaya Station. There are 10 stations along the route, with guarded and unguarded crossings that can be seen as the rail line winds its way through the sleepy neighbourhoods of Setagaya Ward.
Setagaya (世田谷区, Setagaya-ku) is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. It is also the name of a neighborhood and administrative district within the ward. The ward calls itself Setagaya City in English. Its official bird is the azure-winged magpie, its flower is the fringed orchid, and its tree is the Zelkova serrata.
