After a short break, we’re back on the road, baby! In this episode of Softcream Adventures we head south to Shizuoka Prefecture. Forty percent of Japan’s green tea farm areas are located in Shizuoka. Naturally, the softcream flavors here offer a creamy twist on the local specialty, featuring sencha and hojicha flavors.
