TSUNOSHIMA BRIDGE: Second Longest Bridge in Japan

Tsunoshima bridge is a toll-free bridge that connects Houhokucho area of Shimonoseki City and Tsunoshima island (located in Yamaguchi prefecture). It is known as the most beautiful bridge and the second longest bridge in Japan. When you reach Tsunoshima island, you will notice a tall lighthouse with an observatory deck that excites the visitors to see the bird’s eye view of the island. Tsunoshima lighthouse was the first western-style lighthouse constructed in Japan in 1876.
Driving across this famous bridge in Japan while watching the spectacular beauty of nature was one of my memorable experiences.
