One of our favorite autumn destinations is Ibaraki’s Hitachi Seaside Park, thanks to various seasonal flowers and plants like cosmos and kochia. The park has been closed temporarily but is scheduled to reopen on September 20th according to their website! 🥳🎉
The kochia begin to turn from green to red around early October, and the deep scarlet red is typically mid-October. This photo is from a previous year!
