At Little World Museum of Man the world is at your command! This is an open-air museum and tourist attraction near Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture Japan. A two and a half kilometer road will take you around the “world,” consisting of unique regional villages featuring over 30 authentically recreated houses, buildings and cultural structures, supporting their own regional restaurants, folk craft souvenir shops, and attractions.

It was founded in 1983 as an anthropological museum and amusement park in Japan. The building has been relocated and restored in native style in more than 22 countries. The site area is 1.23 million square meters, which is equivalent to the second largest site area in Japanese themed parks.
The museum holds regular events and concerts that showcase the countries exhibited.

Here it will gives you the feel of traveling the world and taste it too! As you visit each village, you’ll find that country’s cuisine: Indian, Korean, Peruvian, German, Italian, Taiwanese and more in the Little World Restaurant. Even African dishes, featuring ostrich and alligator in the Safari Plaza.

Get a special Little World Passport to record all your stops with a stamp to win small gifts at the end of your “world tour.” You can have the option to walk the route at your own pace or take the Little World Bus around the course, getting on or off at any stop with a round trip ticket. Visitors can wear traditional ethnic costumes of France, Germany, Korea, and Okinawa.
