Hello and welcome back to another inaugural trip report! Today I’m taking you along on the very first Frontier Airlines flight out of Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). It’s been so exciting to watch BUR grow over the past few months, so when I found out Frontier would be leaving LAX and moving most of their operations here, I knew I had to be on that first flight, which was headed to Denver International Airport (DEN), a major Frontier hub 🤩
The flight was filled with all the usual Inaugural celebrations, and even Powder the Polar Bear made an appearance to greet passengers! Also, Frontier recently brought back in-flight service, so I was excited to try that and review it (even though I don’t usually purchase food on board). I had two drinks and the snack box, and got to try the new hot cocoa, which I’ll share my opinion on in the video 😋😋
We had some INCREDIBLE views during the flight while going over California, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. We saw the Mojave desert, Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Lake Powell, San Juan river, etc 😍😍 Descent into Denver was quite bumpy, but turbulence is normal in the area as we’re flying over the Rocky Mountains. We also got to see some cool planes as we were taxiing to the gate.
