For our latest episode of Softcream Adventures, we travel to Yamanashi. In the summer, the prefecture is home to blooming lavender fields. We got a bit closer to the majestic Mount Fuji at Lake Kawaguchiko, where we tasted their local softcream flavor which is fresh to the taste with a hint of floral.
