日本の伝統的な数寄屋建築。
安土桃山時代、千利休の時代から続く「侘び寂び」という和の美しさが詰まっており、現代の住宅にも脈々と受け継がれている部分も多々あります。
今回取材させていただいたのは、
名古屋市にある古川美術館さんが運営されている数寄屋造りで、建物の中には「数寄屋cafe」というお抹茶を頂ける呈茶のスペースが設けられております。
季節ごとに添えられる茶菓子もかわり、展示されている美術品も変わるので、何度足を運んでも毎回違う空間を味わえる素敵な場所です。
とても広い敷地でしたので投稿を2本に分け、
前回は外観やお庭をメインにご紹介し、今回は内装や呈茶スペースをご紹介させていただきました。

The Japanese beauty of wabi-sabi, which dates back to the Azuchi-Momoyama period and the era of Sen no Rikyu, has been handed down in various forms in modern houses.
This time, I visited
a sukiya-style building run by the Furukawa Museum in Nagoya City.
Inside the building, there is a space called “Sukiya Cafe” where you can enjoy a cup of green tea.
The tea cakes served change with the seasons, and the artwork on display also changes, so you can enjoy a different space no matter how many times you visit.
Since it was a very large site, I decided to split this article into two parts.
In the last article, I mainly introduced the exterior and the garden, and in this article, I introduced the interior and the tea ceremony space.
