We decided to talk a break from the busyness of city life and ventured into Fukui and Japan’s countryside for a few days to enjoy the beautiful nature and sights more off the beaten path. Fukui is a lesser known prefecture just northeast of Kyoto, which splendid sights and of course fresh, delicious seafood.
