Amakusa Tenku No Fune (天草天空の船), a boutique luxury hotel in Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, serves up amazing Italian cuisine using local ingredients. Their breakfast offering is Western style (but with Japanese ingredients and touches) and isn’t as incredible. However, it’s still very nice as far as breakfasts go.
