Toot toot! 🚂🌸 All aboard the slope car at Funaoka Castle Park. Designated as one of the top 100 places to see cherry blossoms in Japan, this retro car winds its way through a spectacular tunnel of sakura to the summit of the park.
📍Located in Miyagi Prefecture, the park is a 15-minute walk from Funaoka Station served by the Tohoku Line. Funaoka Station can be reached by train from Sendai Station in about 25 minutes.
