Who Would Give So Much Fish? – Han Kee @ Amoy Street Food Centre | Singapore Street Food

The amount of thick sliced fish is so massive it reminds me of the abundance of fishes in Alabama and even Michigan! This is a fish lover dream haven. See how a simple dish like this in Singapore can rack up an extreme long queue on a weekday afternoon.

Han Kee Fish Soup has been part of Singapore’s history since they were located at the old Lau Pat Sat near to the Singapore river. Their patrons started from the pioneer generations until the current millennium. This is proof that their fish soup is among the best in Singapore, if not in Asia.

Humbly located at Amoy Street Food Centre, this is a popular haunt among the office crowd. Do check out this family-run Singapore street food before the queue starts snaking!
