✨ MAKE A WISH! ✨ At Motonosumi-jinja Shrine, it’s believed that your wishes will come true if you can successfully throw a coin into the offering box at the largest of the 123 vermilion torii gates. ⛩️ The only thing is, it’s hung at the very top of the gate, so it’s not as easy as it sounds. 😉 Hilarity will definitely ensue as you try to get your coin into the box, about 5 metres above the ground! 😂
📍Off the beaten track, the shrine is located in Nagato City in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The best way to get here is via rental car or by taxi from JR Nagato Furuichi Station (approximately 20 minutes away).
