
Hi, there. Japan is about come into the fall season, I need Futon when I sleep.
Anyway, I’m making Spaghetti Napolitan, one of the Japanese Yōshoku. It’s ketchup pasta and super simple, but it’s always my favorite.
Please give it a try. You’re definitely going to love it!
・Ingredients for 2 servings,
-Boiled pasta, 250g
-Ketchup, 12tbsp
-Sliced onion, a half
-Sliced green pepper, three
-Sliced white mushroom, three
-Sliced sausage, as you like
-Butter, 1tbs
-Salt and black pepper, as you like
-Powdered cheese, as you like
・Method
1 Slice a half of onion, green peppers, mushrooms and sausage.
2 Cook the ingredients in this order: sausage, mushrooms, onion and green peppers.
3 Add ketchup and heat it a little to get rid of its sourness.
4 Add boiled paste and mix them well. (Add butter, salt and pepper if you like.)
5 Serve it on a plate and sprinkle powdered cheese.
