Trivia: I have no idea when this “depachika” culture started but it’s completely rooted in Japan. Isetan is famous for its depachika but like I said in this video, depachika is everywhere.

By the way, to be honest with you, I didn’t intend to upload this video in the first place. Because Isetan was very crowded and I thought I should re-shoot someday when it’s not so crowded. But these days, Christmas illumination events have started here and there and I also want to shoot autumn leaves videos. Then I found myself too busy to go back to Isetan so I decided to upload this video I shot one month ago right after shooting the Tokyo Pedestrian Paradise video.
