For the 19th episode, we’re travelling over oceans to the European country of Netherlands — and their traditional dish with a long history, the Hutspot. The Hutspot is usually served with braised beef and called the Hutspot Met Klapstuck, so that is what I made for the first time! For something using less time, you can try smoke sausages or meatballs. And boy… it was sooooo delicious! I’m gonna cook this more often now!
