Sapporo Tokyo 2019 D6: Sapporo | New Chitose | Haneda | Shibuya

Last day in Sapporo and bound for Tokyo. Sightseeing inside the New Chitose Airport. Took another local flight to Haneda Airport and here we are again in Tokyo.
