Adeyto + Mia 🏝️🥘 ISHIGAKI ISLAND FOODS & WALK @ ISHIZAKI Viewpoint MARCY Cafe UMARU Okonomiyaki YUI

it was quite helpful to have a thin cloud cover as a result of a distant typhoon, to be able to stroll ISHIGAKI viewpoints and not suffer in the extreme 🌞 sun!! however the public transport is quite limited and if you don’t have a car you might be stranded without restaurants and food places like we ended up starving and couldn’t spend that much time on the newly discovered beautiful beach. although walking back to the capital bay where the restaurants are only takes 30 minutes but the restaurant’s close quite early at 3:00 p.m. and that is another factor that might lead you to starve. luckily we managed to get some food and can show you Island tempura and Ramen with UmiBudo, seaweeds shaped like grapes and callef the “grapes of the sea” that are sold as one of the main souvenirs of Okinawa and you must eat them when coming here although they are rather expensive for what they are and don’t taste strong it’s rather the feel of crushing those tiny bubbles with your teeth. however it was impressive that all restaurants were trying to make the foods look beautiful and actually were quite delicious everywhere we ate and we even found a craft Cafe that was roasting their beans in front of our eyes.
