Pontocho Alley is a long corridor of restaurants which overlook the river. Here you can eat on a terrace over the side of the river, a popular activity in the summer. There are also many bars and nightlife spots in the surrounding area. The sad part about this walk is that along the alleyway, many of the restaurants were closed due to lack of tourists. The alley is usually well lit by light pouring out from the stores, but at this time, it’s rather dark.
