Notogawa Waterwheel and Canoe Land on Lake Ibanai, a lagoon on the east side of Lake Biwa, is a great picnic spot especially on a day like this. The symbolic 13 m (43 ft) Notogawa #Waterwheel is one of the largest of the kind in the country. There are Canadian canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and fishing boats you can have fun with.
