Is this a normal type of natto?

Is this brand a good representation of the typical natto experience? I found it in the freezer of one of my local Asian groceries, in Australia.

Despite all the YouTube negging I decided to try natto for the first time, and apart from the visual similarities to mucous I actually found it tasty enough to wonder whether this was some kind of beginners natto.

I don’t understand why people say its bad! I could barely detect any smell, certainly nothing worth gagging about (glaring in the direction of the Try Guys most recent video). I like the savoury flavour, especially combined with the little bursts of mustard. I’ll be finishing the rest of the packets and will definitely buy more in the future.
