“Yuimaru” is an Okinawan word that embodies the concepts of “cooperation” and “community”.
This is a video we prepared for the folks at MWR, the goal of this video is to help military children receive a warm welcome to Okinawa and to realize that, while moving to a new place can be intimidating, it really is a new adventure.
So for all of you military kids out there who may have just found out that you’re family is PCSing to Okinawa, we want to welcome you and let you know you are on your way to a pretty cool place!
