A two day trip to Mie, Japan.
We took a train from Osaka City to Mie.
It took roughly 2 hours to get there.
It was raining heavily the day we arrived, so we were limited to the amount of stuff we could do. We had planned to visit Ise-Jingu, but due to the rain we only walked half way.
We returned to the shopping street, during this time the rain stopped, so we decided to buy some grilled squid accompanied by some Mie craft beer.
Then we went to a candle shop that my wife has been wanting to go ever since our last trip to Ise. After that we decided to head to the hotel since we were tired from the long trip, not to mention we were soaking wet from the rain so that as had it’s toll on us.
The following day we headed to Meoto-Iwa to see the “couple rocks” then had lunch and headed to the aquarium to play catch with some dolphins.
Then headed home.
