Street food and Convenience stores are the best for cheap food in Tokyo. Everyone in Japan goes to the conbini. THey everything you can imagine and even some things you would never imagine. SO if you go to Tokyo make sure to taste test all the strange foods you will find on the street and at the Konbini.
