The garden offers different scenery during each season.
This wandering garden spanning over 150,000 square meters including Mt. Mifune, took roughly 3 years to build in 1845.The garden is made by 28th Takeo lord Nabeshima Shigeyoshi.
This garden is designed by professional painter of Kano who is invited from Kyoto,
and has been certified in the country registered monuments in the prefecture’s first.
Flowers such as cherry blossoms and azaleas, wisteria bloom in spring, evergreen and maple dyed crimson and make a stunning landscape and rocks of Mifuneyama, autumn you can enjoy the beautiful nature through the four seasons.
