Best of Tokyo: Yanesen – The Laid-Back Cat Town!

English subs available! In the northeastern part of Tokyo lies a quite area called Yanesen, consisting of Yanaka, Nezu and Sendagi. Escaping the damage of World War II bombings, the neighborhood has retained its original downtown charm making it the perfect contrast to modern-day Tokyo. We spent a whole day in the area and got to experience its beautiful buildings and its authentic atmosphere. Check out our video to see Tokyo from a completely different perspective!
