Japan is all about a journey into fresh and delicious food. Here is our last meal in Chitose, Hokkaido, before heading back to Tokyo. ✨↗️We had an amazing time discovering Hokkaido, Japan’s most northern Prefecture. We went to the Sapporo Snow Fest and Sapporo Beer Museum, traveled to Otaru ( a port town even more nothern of Sapporo ) and did onsen and ate even more fresh sushi including ikura (salmon roe), sea urchin, jelly fish, tuna, salmon, and more. Plus, we saw beautiful snow lanterns along the Otaru Canal.
