A limited edition ramen using 100% flour from Gumi will be presented at the “Gumi Ramen Festival Myeon.”

Gumi City announced on the 3rd that it will present “Gumi Ramen Festival Myeon” at the 2026 Gumi Ramen Festival, which will be held in Gumi Station from the 6th to the 8th.

The product will be produced and sold in a total of 200,000 bags at the agricultural core Gumi plant using Gumi wheat produced by local farmers as raw materials. Local agricultural products were used as a representative processed food called ramen. Gumi City expects the product to be a win-win case linking local agriculture, the food industry, and tourism.

“Gumi Ramen Festival Noodles” is characterized by adding various ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and bokchoy to a deep and thick soup of spicy beef soy sauce style. It will be available at the festival site ‘Godland’ from the 6th.

“This festival-only ramen made with 100% Gumi flour is a meaningful attempt to show new possibilities for local agricultural products,” said Kim Jang-ho, Mayor of Gumi. “We will continue to increase the value of the region by linking Gumi’s industry, agriculture, and tourism resources, and develop Gumi into a global K-ramen tourism city.”
