Thinking of heading down to Gyu-Kaku for some yakiniku (grilled meat)?

You might want to visit soon, as the Japanese BBQ chain is set to close its CHIJMES outlet after Nov 15.

“To all our valued customers, thank you for being part of our journey. Your continued patronage, loyalty and support over the years have made every moment truly special,” Gyu-Kaku announced on Tuesday (Nov 3).

The closure of the CHIJMES outlet — which has been operating for over two decades — will mark its exit from Singapore.

In 2025, Gyu-Kaku shut down branches at UE Square, Novena Square and The Centrepoint.
