Rustic dumplings traditionally filled with ingredients such as nozawana greens, mushrooms or sweet red bean paste.

🥬 3. Nozawana
A leafy vegetable closely associated with Nagano, commonly enjoyed as pickles.

🍗 4. Sanzoku-yaki
A hearty local chicken dish, marinated with flavors such as garlic and soy sauce, then coated and fried until crisp.
