For spring break this year, I went to Guam, and I was really looking forward to the warm weather. To be honest, when I arrived, it reminded me so much of my home, Puerto Rico. The beaches, the breeze, and the island atmosphere immediately made me excited to explore.

One of my favorite parts of the trip was visiting Talofofo Falls. I took a cable car down to the falls, and the view was incredible. Seeing the waterfall from above and then up close was great.
I also recommend visiting Two Lovers Point, which offers stunning ocean views. Another highlight was Fish Eye Marine Park, where I was able to walk into an underwater observatory and see marine life up close, which was a unique and unforgettable experience.

Spending time at Tumon Bay was another favorite part of my trip. The water is clear and calm, making it perfect for swimming, relaxing, and snorkeling. It is also a great place to take a sunset walk and enjoy the peaceful ocean views.
I also had the opportunity to see the Fish Eye Island Cultural Dinner Show, which I truly enjoyed. The performances were engaging and showcased the culture and traditions of the island.

Of course, you cannot leave Guam without trying an açaí bowl from The Mighty Purple Cafe. It was one of the best I had. I also shopped at the Micronesia Mall, where I went to Macy’s and took advantage of a promotion that included a free pair of shoes.
Overall, my trip to Guam was special. Between the natural beauty, cultural experiences, and great food, it is a destination I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Make sure you bring sunscreen, flip flops, and your favorite bathing suit. Enjoy!
