One of the favourite quick snacks is Korean Egg Bread / 계란빵 (Gyeran Bang). It’s a simple mix of a pancake/cake batter base with a whole egg on top. It is then steamed and formed the little loaves of egg bread, and they usually taste both sweet and fluffy. Some street vendors add nuts, seeds or even cheese. Also known to some as Egg on Bread Toast, Egg Bread Burger, Egg Bread Muffin.
