Walking Through Kumamoto to Kumamoto Castle 🇯🇵 | A Beautiful Day in Japan
Join me on a beautiful walking journey through Kumamoto, Japan, as we make our way from our hotel to the magnificent Kumamoto Castle.
Our day began by walking through a lively market filled with people, delicious food, and long queues at the many food stalls. The atmosphere was vibrant and exciting, and we slowly made our way through the crowds, taking in the sights, sounds, and wonderful energy of the city.
From the market, we continued walking through the streets of Kumamoto. We crossed roads and bridges and experienced the everyday rhythm of Japanese city life. People of all ages were going about their daily routines, and the calm, orderly atmosphere made the walk especially enjoyable.
Eventually, we reached the climb toward Kumamoto Castle. After walking up the small mountain, we finally arrived at the castle grounds.
Kumamoto Castle was truly beautiful. We explored the grounds, saw the impressive architecture, and experienced some of the ceremonies and activities taking place there. One of the interesting sights along the way was a beautiful silver-coloured torii gate, rather than the traditional red torii gates we often associate with Japan.
After spending a wonderful time at the castle, it was time to begin our journey back to our next hotel. We walked downhill and once again through the streets of Kumamoto, watching the city change as the day came to an end.
As the sun began to set, we caught a beautiful glimpse of the evening sky. Walking through the streets with the gentle atmosphere of Kumamoto around us was a perfect way to finish an unforgettable day.
