First time seeing it and I was about to say that 650 yen for a piece of cracker sounded like a ripoff.
Then I saw how it’s made and the cracker is actually really 3 pressed octopus so the price makes sense to me now.

That looks like a fun snack to try, I’d imagine the texture is pretty unique too.
