    Love this dish! I’m not very good at making it, but I’m getting there and I really enjoy eating it, even when I don’t nail the execution.

    Delish. I love putting extra ginger in when I make it at home. I can never get the egg like this (ends up like scrambled eggs because I’m probably cooking it too long), but tastes fantastic

    I make katsudon quite regularly and I keep meaning to try oyakodon. Looks good.

    What’s on top isn’t parsley. It’s an herb used in Japanese cuisine called “Ito Mitsuba.”
