・Heat pressing service is available only for official uniforms of the 2026/27 season. Even for eligible products, heat pressing will be refused if the item cannot be exchanged in case of pressing defects.
・Heat pressing cannot be performed on Jr. uniforms at the Custom Studio in the stadium shop.
・Uniforms accepted for heat pressing must be either unused or washed.
・Please be aware that stains or dirt not visible to the eye, which have penetrated the fabric, may appear like blotches due to the heat during processing.
・Returns, exchanges, or cancellations of processed products are not accepted under any circumstances.
・The finished result may vary slightly due to fabric stretch and seam placement.
・We do not guarantee washing durability, peeling, or cracking after heat pressing.
・Please care for the product according to the washing instructions on the tag.
・We may refuse processing if there are signs of fabric deterioration (stickiness, powdering, cracking, stretching), dirt, moisture, or similar conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
