King’s Raid Is Making a Comeback

Masangsoft has officially revealed King’s Raid RE:VERSE, the upcoming title for the long-awaited return of its beloved character-collecting RPG. Alongside the announcement, the studio confirmed that the game will appear at Tokyo Game Show 2026 with its own dedicated exhibition booth.

King’s Raid RE:VERSE

Built on the foundation of the original King’s Raid, King’s Raid RE:VERSE preserves the game’s iconic world, memorable heroes, story, and core combat system while introducing a variety of improvements. Masangsoft says the revival will feature gameplay balance updates, quality-of-life enhancements, and other refinements designed to provide a smoother experience for both returning fans and newcomers.

The new subtitle, RE:VERSE, reflects the idea of reconnecting players with the world and narrative of King’s Raid while opening a fresh chapter for the franchise.

At TGS 2026, visitors will be able to step into the game’s universe through a themed booth inspired by May’s General Shop. Designed with the atmosphere of an antique café, the exhibit will include character-themed photo spots and immersive decorations that recreate the charm of the original game.

According to Masangsoft, the showcase is intended to celebrate longtime fans while introducing the revived RPG to a new generation of players. The developer says its goal is to bring back the memories players cherish in a more polished and improved environment.

With a new identity and its first major public appearance just around the corner, King’s Raid RE:VERSE is shaping up to be a promising return for the classic RPG.
