A Solo Day Trip to Miyajidake Shrine | Fukuoka, Japan

I took a solo day trip from Kitakyushu to Miyajidake Shrine in Fukutsu, Fukuoka.

From the train ride and journey through the city to the shrine itself, I wanted to simply slow down and enjoy the day — the scenery, architecture, nature, and small moments along the way.

Miyajidake Shrine is especially known for its long approach, traditional shrine grounds, and the famous view from the shrine toward the sea.

This isn’t a travel guide. It’s simply a quiet day in Japan, experienced at my own pace.
