Torii Noodle Bar by Kanki is preparing for an exciting new chapter opening September 1st. The beloved concept reopens at Crabtree Valley Mall with a refreshed brand identity, updated interior feel and an elevated culinary experience centered around bold noodle dishes, comforting ramen and premium Japanese beverages.

Originally introduced as a fast-casual extension of the iconic Kanki Japanese House of Steaks & Sushi, Torii’s relaunch will bring a modern, energetic atmosphere to Crabtree Valley Mall while staying rooted in the authentic flavors and hospitality guests know from the Kanki brand.

The refreshed menu will spotlight handcrafted ramen bowls layered with rich broths and fresh ingredients, alongside a variety of stir fried noodles, Japanese-inspired small plates and elevated comfort dishes designed for both quick lunches and leisurely dinners. Guests can also expect an expanded beverage program featuring premium sake selections and flights to complement the new menu offerings.
