7 Day TOKYO Itinerary πΌπ» For your First Trip to Japan
How to spend 7 days in Tokyo on your first trip to Japan, including all the major attractions and things to do.
β¨ Japan Trip Planning Notebook: https://cakeswithfaces.co.uk/product/japan-trip-planner-notebook/
There’s so much to do in Tokyo that’s it’s difficult to squeeze all the major attractions and areas into just 7 days. But I’ve done my best, based on 16 years of planning my own trips to Japan, and including my favourite places. I’ve included all the major areas including Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, Odaiba, Ueno, Odaiba and Asakusa, with observation decks, temples, shrines, parks and shopping, and major attractions like the SkyTree, Senso-ji Temple and Teamlab Planets and Teamlab Borderless. with recommendations of when’s best to go and where to find somewhere to eat. There’s also a plan for a rainy day, because it can rain any time of year in Japan. And a day trip – either to Mount Fuji or Kamakura (but there are lots of other options too!). Finally the itinerary includes Tokyo Disney, plus alternatives if that’s not your thing.

It is quite difficult to choose, but it is better to choose by referring to what you like.
We did our first trip last fall, and I've been thinking about going back non-stop since then. Your guides were super helpful in our planning but we definitely have a ton more to do in Tokyo
i will be visiting again in November, and will be more than 1 week this time π
also will revisit and buy stuff i regret not spending more last time.
your videos were really helpful on my first trip ever last year.
I'm not into theme parks, but I must admit, when I went to Disney Sea in 2018, I had a blast.
And while I'm planning my next trip for next spring, I do start to think about sneaking in a quick trip this winter as well. If I see the flight prices drop a little more, I might just sneak in a second trip this year π«£and get qualified for the Trusted Traveler Program that way.
At 21:04, that looks like an original front section of a 0 series Shinkansen. Any idea where that was filmed?
I'm back there later this year for just 3 days. I thought I had nailed things down but you have given me some more Ideas, as always.
Thanks again and keep things coming.
I look forward to your thursday videos π

Take a train π from Ikekoburo to Nerima and bring your passport to ticket booth and it's free (no cash needed). It was July 31st to celebrate "70th Anniversary". I was there missed this place for 10 years and today, it was a 'makeover'. Very fascinating!
