I tried Hibiki Ramen & Yakitori Bar in Richmond literally one day after coming home from Hokkaido, Japan—so the comparison was VERY fresh. From creamy tonkotsu ramen and tako karaage to beef tendon rice and surprisingly authentic sashimi, Richmond reminded me why Metro Vancouver is spoiled when it comes to Japanese food.
