Osaka Food vs Tokyo Food: Which Is Better?

Tokyo and Osaka are both incredible food cities, but they feel completely different.
Tokyo has Michelin restaurants, sushi, ramen, cafés, hidden bars, luxury dining, and endless variety.
Osaka feels louder, more casual, and more street-food focused — takoyaki, okonomiyaki, kushikatsu, markets, late-night food, and that “eat until you’re broke” energy.
